Congratulations to the CENTER as its launches its website consisting of a comprehensive menu of service packages.

As an important member of the DOF family in its role in nation-building, the CENTER's initiative to streamline processes and create a system of quick access to information regarding its operations, is indeed, a welcome development. This Project is a strong demonstration of professionalism, transparency and accountability in government service which the Arroyo administration is seriously espousing.

Once again, I laud the management and employees of the CENTER for this latest success in their continuing program of maximizing use of government manpower and resources in the pursuit of effective public service and global competitiveness.
