The CTS Logo signifies the endeavor of the government to be more transparent and open to the private sector. The two circles with differing colors symbolize the two concerned entities: the government and the business community. The arrow connecting both, or the tie that binds the two sectors is the CTS. It is the conduit that links the CENTER with the claimant, and allows the latter to view the status of its tax credit claims at any point in time through the Internet. This channel also facilitates communication between the office and the claimant exporter, which eventually reduces lag time in tax credit processing on the part of the CENTER, and possibly hastens compliance with the requirements on the claimant's side.

In sum, the CTS was conceptualized and instituted to give meaning to INTEGRITY, EFFICIENCY and TRANSPARENCY in the processing of tax credit claims.
