Message from Executive Director

TO OUR VALUED CLIENT'S :

Greetings! Welcome to the CENTER website. As you can see, our online portal to the world has taken a new look with more enhanced features and functionalitites that are both interactive and customer friendly.

Among the new features is the reactivation of the OSC (Office of Special Concerns) which is the CENTER'S online window for communication exchange with the claimants, stakeholders and public in general. Companies transacting with our Office may send their queries, request, complaints, comments, suggestions and messages about tax credits, duty drawback, the CENTER and other relevant issues through the OSC. Just email us at oss@dof.gov.ph and we shall get back to you within 5 working days. We hope that throug this portal, the excahnge of communication and the dissemination of information will be easier, faster and timely.

The reactivation of the OSC kicks-off a series of projects conceptualized, web enhancement and IT programs of the OSS-CENTER. Other enhancements to look out for are the Enrollment Program, VERIBILIS and e-CTS.

The Enrollment Program will involve the registration of companies and other legal entities transcating with the CENTER. This program is designed for the updating of the CENTER's existing database of contact details, authorized officials and other relevant data for the dissemination of information. The data gathered from the said exercise shall also be used for the creation of a web directory to promote linkage among the claimants, suppliers, stakeholders and the general public.

The VeriBILIS is the online verification system that will replace the manual verification system for claim transactions. This will entail the online verification of transaction documents derived from private companies and financial institutuions such as raw materials suppliers, banks, and local buyers under the constructive exports scheme, service providers adn other related entities.

The enhanced Claim Tracking System (e-CTS) is the improved version of the earlier CTS interface. This window will allow companies claiming under the BOI, BOC and BIR windows of the CENTER to view and monitor the status of their claims via the website thereby providing full transparency in the processing of tax credits.
